8 Tips for Maintaining DTF Printer

Recommended Posts

DTF Printer is the most valuable device of DTF Printing. We must protect our printers and do a good job of maintenance. I have compiled some suggestions for maintaining printers. I hope they can help you. If you have new supplements and methods, you are welcome to communicate.

1. A test strip must be printed before each printing job starts, to ensure that all nozzles can eject ink normally, and then complete the daily printing task.

2. Pay attention to the width of your hand when replacing and adjusting the nozzle, and do not use strong force to avoid damage to the nozzle;

3. Clean the nozzle on time and do a good job of moisturizing the nozzle;

4. Replace the new ink cartridges on time. Generally, the ink cartridges need to be replaced once every 3 months;

5. Do not mix inks from two different manufacturers during the whole printing process, so as not to cause other chemical reactions to damage the nozzle;

6. After the nozzle is disassembled, it should be cleaned and placed in a special small box to prevent dust and stains from polluting it. It is also necessary to do a good job of moisturizing to prevent the nozzle from being blocked;

7. Choose DTF film with high flatness to avoid scratching the nozzle during printing;

8. Before printing, the white ink tank needs to be stirred to avoid clogging the nozzle.
