ethanj098 Posted March 4, 2022 Share Posted March 4, 2022 Very weird issue occuring for sure. Installed a new head and saw that the white ink channels were missing. So we tried installing new ribbons thinking that's what was causing the issue and that didn't work either. So we then looked at the carriage board thinking that that may have had an issue with it and that worked!!!!... until we realize half of our channels were also missing.
