Its only printing half the design down the side of the page. Ive seen this happen with the length of the page but never the side. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be. thank you for your help Try putting a piece of tape across the beginning of the film, there is a sensor that detects the film width. Hi thank you Im having the issue once again but it is starting to print the design where it wants too as in, sometimes its missing the beginning of the design and starting two cms into the design so cutting it off and im not sure where to find the paper width on/off in acro, there is only check paper, which is off Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
