I just search on google for opendtg then the search words you want, it works.
Thank you Andy, they have R230 printers in them which do not have encoder wheels. The board seems to drive a stepping motor. Capping station on these is independent of the paper feed shaft. I may just have a go at wiring up one of these R230's.
I have nearly completed my a3 R1400 build and already looking at my next project. I have three old A4 dtg printers that I would like to convert to use the Arduino. Does anyone know if there are any A4 printers that are compatable with the code, sort of a mini r1400?
It moved in the right direction for setup but when printing the platen goes backwards instead of forwards, I've figured it out and reversed the code. All fine, thank you.
Andy I've changed the stepping motor and it is working now, however still have the same problem in that the platen moves correctly but the stepping is reversed. I've tried switching the wires and it just changes the platen direction too. Can I change the code in the Open DTG Arduino code to set the ...
I paid $20 to join and then bought a Sheild. Worth every penny. I own a forum, not DTG, with over 35,000 members and the time and money it costs to hold it all together is immense. Andy you are doing a great job, please do not be put off by people moaning, I think it is only fair that you charge a ...
I have a A4 Epson R230 dtg printer with a blown controller. I'm wondering if this could be driven with an arduino and the open dtg code, has anyone any ever tried with this printer?
