after having this issue , i search in all way is about bad damper , so i had replace with brand new damper yet it still happen .... sometime after print 20+ no problem sometime 1st time ( around 90% it happen ) or 2nd , run nozzle test the white nozzle missing , after head cleaning the white coming back but only last about 3-5 a3 print ....

yup , the heat only top with the oven and distance between petfilm around 10cm . is cooked completly . mayb i have to reduce the black ink

250° and 2m20sec . this the best time and temp after i tried hundred time . after cook not all happen , but mostly defected with large area black

after using oven to melt the powder

afrer curing the petfilm for DTF , it become oily on the powder area , sometime it effect after heat on tshirt ( artwork ) anyone facing same problem ? or any clues to avoiding ? photo was the oily matter after heat on white T shirt ( even on black or other colour t shirt )
