  1. White that’s where your white ink goes
  2. No, I don’t see any ink leaking ☹️ And I figured film quality is all over the place. I have new film coming at least and I can do a couple of print head cleanings and it gives me that error again too so I’m not sure what’s going on. I will use a paper towel and soak with cleaner and soak the heads for a bit I think 🤷‍♀️ At this point not sure what to do… and of course it has to happen when I have a few orders to fulfill 🙄
  3. No chip solutions or maybe it was chipless solutions.com and yep the error literally just happened after I cleaned the roller and then tried to tape the back of a junk transfer film and print on it
  4. And now I get the error 031002???
  5. I cut the roll to sheets 12”x12” roughly
  6. EK print and seriously have been making successful prints for about a month and randomly this started when I am halfway through 325’ roll of transfer film and literally nothing had changed.
  7. I had the fake paper jam problem with my first xp15000. It was easily fixed with power cycling the unit and making sure it was not connected via WiFI, or USB. If the printer is “ aware” an update is available, this happens every time. I call them phantom jams( maybe strawberry flavored). lol love the strawberry flavored phantom jam but what exactly do you mean power cycled the unit?
  8. How do I get the powder to NOT stick on the transfer film except on the ink/printed design? I’m running into where I can’t get all the excess powder off the film because I am sprinkling by hand but when I try to dump off excess powder some sticks randomly to the transfer film and this will show up on any colored tshirt besides white of course.
  9. Does anyone have problems with the medium powder not brushing off the design before cure? As in its sticking to the transfer film and not just around the ink and this causes it to show up on dark colored shirts or anything other than white I should say with the white medium powder.
