Sorry can you share with me where can i find capping station?

Again me... now sometimes i got an error 1433 when i do cleaning ( is unit sensor error or is unit error ) but not all the times, so now i dont know my problem will be the dampers or the ink pump assy

i can find on market only dampers? or i need the whole damper assy unit? and where can i find ? thanks

i didn't changed the dampers on conversion ,thats why i think will be a damper issue , or maybe cart how you say , thank you again , you helped me a lot again :D

Yesterday we print all day with our epson 4900 , end of the day i do a nozzlecheck i see i missing like 6 lines from VM channel, i run a power clean, and was more terrible , today i started with normal cleaning cycle, and i see on vivid magenta i dont have any lines.. i know 100% its not clogged , where can i look for problem? dampers ? because another nozzles are 100% perfect

so then 2 cleans its not enough, okay thank you

Sorry its again i disturb you , i cleaned the lines how you say now how can i fill up with ink 😂 i do like 2 power cleans but i cant see any ink in lines , thank you

i looked for the admin clean or administration menu, but unfortunately 4900 doesn't have this feature

Hi anybody can help me, i bought an 4900 and before i put dtf ink in printer i want to flush out the old ink from lines dampers and head, i bought the service program but doesn t work, i asked from support what cause the error , and he also doesn't know , anybody have any idea how can i flush out the old inks?

Hi all im ready to convert my 4900 , tomorrow arriving the chip resetters , so i need some help , ( i got 2 maintenance box, refill carts , resetters) what is the steps to convert to dtf ? how i can push out the old inks from the lines thank you all

So with service program i remove the old ink from system and after i put the refill carts with dtf ink , i do an ink charge and ready to go?

Thank you again , can you tell me what i need for converting ? we bought the 4900 ( we dont find in Romania any p5000 in stock) the printer comes with original epson inks , i know i need 2 sets of carts ,2 maintenance box , resetters , but what about conversion i cant find anything on youtube

i heard 4900 is very similar, will be a good choice?

Hi everyone , im here to asking which will be better option to convert , we had some sad stories about epson 3800 and 3880 ( print quality its amazing but the head fired for no reason on both machine , we didnt take out the head or something like this, we printed fine and next day pronted blank page checked f5 fuse the fuse bleeping ) so now we want to look for a better printer, i know converted printers come with lot of headache i know the commercial ones is better but our budget right now not allowing us to buy a commercial printer so thats why we looking again for converting we are courios if 4900 worth it the conversion , im waiting for pros and cons from 4900/p5000 users thanks

i bought the printer second hand, with around 500 prints ( when i bought it was the capping station faulty , not sucked the ink properly so i changed it , when i bought it i run 2 nozzle check all nozzles was perfect.. and when i suck ink with syringe to damper and i do a nozzle check everything is perfect. so thats why i say my nozzles are not clogged

Hi all, i have an epson 3800, recently converted , 1 of my white and black nozzles are poor, i know its not clogged because when i pull with syringe from damper everything come back, but after few prints the problem comes back, i changed already the capping station and dampers, but same, what can i do to solve this issue?

Hi all, im running epson 3880 with cadlink default settings 1440x1440 and 1440x720 but my colors are way darker, someone can help me to solve the problem? (inkbank inks)

i think that little hole is the problem on switch damper... the biggest problem is i cant find switch damper in europe or romania

sorry 2 lines the top 2 , the top one is same like the bottom one (and that white and black is coming from same damper) thats why i think is damper problem

all cartridge is working but in ink line i have to much air .. so i see ink in line but with to much air

and how can i check if is cartridge problem , sorry im newbie , i have some spare carts but how i can find out if the cardrige is the problem

and when i try to pull ink manually every damper works only one i cant pulling because nothing not coming

the damper was never replaced so the next step will be to change the damper because every line is working only that one not going to damper when the printhead going to capping station to pull ink can be see the inkflow but when the head leave the capping station the ink slowly slowly go back in lines to middle of the line, so thats why i think the damper is the problem
