  4. you can buy a little radiator and fan from china and a pump with header tank for cooling complete system hold less than a litre of water and will work all day without getting hot
  5. 6 ink heads are probably more cost effective you can get a replacement head for about 1/10th of the price of the 8 ink heads and you do have to replace a few heads, UV light and temp have a lot to do with how long a head lasts I was replacing heads every few weeks until I figured out the light was reflecting off the tray back onto the print head and was slowly curing the ink in the head another one is temp I cant print below 16 deg c as the ink will not flow properly through the head if the heads are capped properly you can leave them for a couple of weeks with no problems
  6. had to cut the left side out to fit it and with most converted UV printers you don't get the full cure on the right hand side but being a flat bed you just move it to the left a bit and print good thing about rip software it lets you place your print where you want it on the bed it will print a full A3 size and the watercooled units are the best as the ink mist eventually clogs the cooling block on the fan cooled unit
  7. I use a line on the very left side of the page that is not in the actual print area when doing DTG I just run some tape down the t shirt where the line will print seems to work ok
